Office bullying is not uncommon and there are so many ways that you can actually stop the bullying from happening. Here are just a few tips on rising up against that bully in your serviced office London
Self Confidence
Bullying really does have a serious effect on the self confidence of someone and this doesn’t matter how large your confidence is. Even the strongest of people can be broken when it comes to bullying. If you are always the butt of jokes in the office and it is starting to get to you then it is bullying there is no doubt about this. This is not like school bullying, tell the person that is doing it that they are getting to you and they are likely to stop. If they still do not listen then look for the policy and take action that way either through management or legal means.
Stomach Aches And Headaches
45% of people that have actually suffered bullying have had stress related problems and these range from bad skin to stomach aches. The best way to stop this kind of thing is to say not to more work if there is no way you are going to be able to get it done. You should always go to the GP if you are suffering long term headaches or pains, they can tell you if it is stress.
Depression
Another big figure to look at is 41%, thats how many people actually get depression with bullying in the work place. Once again it would seem that the best way to approach this one is to go to your GP.
Of course you could just pick up executive office seating or executive chairs and whack them around the head with it, this often does the trick too.
